In the first quarter of 2024, the Australian iOS platform saw noteworthy activity among the top cryptocurrency apps. Sensor Tower provides us with the insights into their performance during this period.

Crypto.com - Buy Bitcoin, ETH experienced an impressive surge in downloads, jumping from 871 in the first week to a peak of 19K towards February's end. Weekly active users started at approximately 15K and saw a peak of 24K in early March.

CoinSpot - Buy & Sell Bitcoin also saw a significant increase in downloads, with numbers rising from 3K to over 11K in early March before settling at around 5K. The app's active users reflected a high engagement level, initially at 150K and reaching up to 174K, despite a slight dip to 143K by the end of March.

Binance: Buy Bitcoin & Crypto downloads showed a steady growth, from 2K in the opening week of January to a high of 7K in early March, before decreasing to around 3K. Its weekly active users followed a similar positive trajectory, starting at roughly 37K and reaching a high of 55K in the same period.

Coinbase: Buy Bitcoin & Ether witnessed a fluctuating download pattern, beginning at 2K and peaking at nearly 5K in early March. Active users showed an incremental increase from 8.8K to a peak of 13.7K mid-March, then a slight drop to just over 10K by the quarter's close.

Bybit: Buy & Trade Crypto downloads had a modest start at 888 and saw a peak at 2.4K in mid-March. Weekly active users were consistent, with a starting point of around 4.5K and a peak of 7K, maintaining a stable presence throughout the quarter.
